"Car insurance jumped up over $700 more than I was already paying for a 6 month renewal with no changes and no explanation. I called office 5 times and was told agent would call me back every time with no call back. I tried to call State Farm’s customer service who advised me that only the agent could get this information. Needless to say after 19 years with State Farm and only a little over a year with this agent I had to leave due to poor service."

"An amazing experience for shopping for car insurance. I was paying $340 for the car and $146 for the house and am now paying $170 for the cars and $98 for the house. I would give 10 stars if there were an option for it."
